Garden Villas North offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care, allowing residents to move between levels of support without changing communities. Care teams manage oxygen therapy and all forms of diabetic treatment, including oral medications, injections, and sliding-scale insulin. Staff are trained to support mild dementia, and on-site medical services—podiatry, audiology, a therapy room, and acceptance of psychiatric conditions—reduce the need for outside appointments. Residents who use walkers, wheelchairs, or need standby or one-person transfers can be safely accommodated.

An RN or LPN is on site, and a nurse is on call around the clock. All employees undergo background checks, and 24-hour staffing, perimeter fencing, pull-cord alerts, and personal emergency response systems help maintain security. An activity director coordinates daily programming. Personal-care assistance includes some help with bathing and dressing, standby supervision at meals, and self-managed toileting for those able to do so.

Apartments may include a private bathroom, kitchenette, furnishings, independent temperature controls, in-unit laundry, and scheduled housekeeping; availability depends on the specific floor plan. Residents who prefer not to do their own laundry can choose the community’s scheduled service.

Dining features a set menu at each meal with an option to order alternate items, plus snacks throughout the day, in-room meal delivery, and a private dining room for family visits. The kitchen handles diet modifications, including vegetarian selections. Independent Living residents can add medication-management monitoring, housekeeping, laundry, and a monthly meal plan to suit changing needs.

Amenities include resident parking, outdoor smoking areas, a wheelchair-accessible campus, and pets are allowed. It’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed. On-site conveniences range from a barber/beauty shop, exercise room, movie room, library, and wellness center to internet access, communal gardens, a pool, stair glide, concierge services, special-interest clubs, happy hour, and a putting green. Regular transportation is available through a community shuttle for medical appointments or other outings.
