SummerHouse Beau Ridge delivers two primary levels of service. Independent Living is available for residents who want the convenience of maintenance-free housing while handling most daily tasks on their own. For individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, a secure Memory Care neighborhood provides structured routines, specialized programming, and staff trained to manage cognitive changes and associated behaviors.
Additional medical support is integrated into the community. Short-term or respite stays can be arranged, and a speech therapist is on call for residents who need help with communication or swallowing issues. Daily medication management is handled by licensed nurses who are on site, and the community contracts occupational and physical therapists for rehabilitation or mobility needs. These services allow residents to address changing health conditions without leaving the property.
Apartments and suites come in several layouts; features may include parking spaces, in-unit kitchenettes, high-speed internet, cable television, individual climate control, and private balconies, decks, or patios. Some accommodations are pet friendly, and common spaces such as a piano lounge and landscaped outdoor areas are available to all residents. Not every unit contains every feature, so prospective residents should confirm specific amenities during a tour.
Dining is provided three times a day by a professional chef, with restaurant-style table service and an all-day menu for added flexibility. Family members or friends may purchase guest meals, allowing them to share time with residents without leaving the campus.
Residents can stay active in the on-site activity center, visit the library and computer lounge, or relax outdoors. The community schedules happy hours, birthday celebrations, dances, and live music events, and organizes social outings to local attractions. A swimming pool offers another venue for exercise or relaxation.
