Respite care was good. Staff was friendly. Always smiled & spoke to my husband. It took time to get his meds correct since my husband takes a controlled substance. This created multiple phone calls. The meals were good & my husband participated & enjoyed Bingo & movie time. I

They could improve on there nursing assistants and RN's that speak English, language barrier was an issue there nursing assistants just didn't want to be bothered

I would recommend, I just think they have some kinks to iron out as management has recently changed. I feel that communication efforts could improve and staffing to patient ratio in memory care needs to increase.

The staff are kind and caring at this facility. It is always very clean. My brother's room is clean and cozy. He has improved on his strength and walking abilities. I am always contacted in a timely manner if there are any issues .
