Full assistance is available for bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting, and staff can handle transfers ranging from standby supervision to two-person or Hoyer-lift support.

Residences vary but may feature private bathrooms, kitchenettes, individual climate controls, and the option for residents to paint or decorate their rooms. Cable service and scheduled laundry are offered, though not every unit includes every feature. Independent Living apartments receive weekly housekeeping, laundry service, and a monthly meal plan so residents can keep household tasks to a minimum.

Dining offers a set menu at each meal plus an on-order option for those who want variety, with snacks available throughout the day. A private dining room can be reserved for family gatherings.
