Windermere Way* offers both Assisted Living and Independent Living, allowing residents to choose the level of oversight they need while remaining in the same community. The health-care team can address elopement risks, nighttime wakefulness, complex wound care, oxygen therapy, special diets, and diabetes management for individuals on either oral medications or insulin injections. Staff are also trained to support residents living with advanced dementia, providing continuity of care as conditions progress.

An RN or LPN is on staff, and a nurse is available on call around the clock. All employees undergo background checks, and night-shift staff remain awake to monitor residents. The building maintains 24-hour security, a fenced rear area, in-room pull cords, and personal emergency response systems that alert staff immediately. On-site podiatry visits reduce the need for outside appointments. Residents who need help with activities of daily living can receive full assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting. Transfer help ranges from standby supervision to one- or two-person transfers and accommodates walkers and wheelchairs.

Apartments may feature a private bathroom, kitchenette, independent temperature controls, and cable service; however, not every unit includes every feature, so prospective residents should verify specific layouts during a tour. Meals are prepared to order, and dietary modifications are available to match medical or personal preferences.

Independent Living residents can add medication-management monitoring, weekly housekeeping, personal laundry service, and a monthly meal plan without committing to the full Assisted Living program. These à-la-carte options allow individuals to stay self-reliant while still accessing support as needed.

Community amenities include resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, an exercise room, a movie room, a wellness center, internet access, communal gardens, on-site religious services, and scheduled transportation.
