Cascade Creek Memory Care is a dedicated memory-care community that serves individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Residents receive 24-hour support in a secured setting designed specifically to accommodate memory loss. In addition to long-term memory care, the community accepts short-term respite stays, offers structured diabetes management, and provides access to on-site speech therapy to help residents maintain communication skills.
Medical oversight extends well beyond the basics. Hospice care is available for residents who need end-of-life support, while incontinence and ambulatory care help manage daily physical needs. A licensed nurse oversees medication management, and residents have scheduled access to occupational and physical therapists, as well as a podiatrist for foot health. Every service is delivered within a memory-care-only environment, reducing transitions and keeping routines consistent.
Private and companion suites are available, and most include features such as wheelchair-accessible showers, individual climate control, Wi-Fi, and handicap-accessible layouts; however, not every accommodation offers every feature. Common areas include outdoor courtyards, a central fireplace for gatherings, a piano/organ for musical events, and on-site parking for visitors.
Three daily meals are prepared on site, and all-day dining gives residents flexibility in choosing when to eat. Guest meals are available so family members can dine with their loved ones, and menus are planned to meet nutritional guidelines while allowing for individual preferences and dietary restrictions.
Residents can stay engaged through an activity center, library and computer lounge, clubs and group programs, indoor and outdoor walking paths, raised garden beds, karaoke sessions, scheduled happy hours, yoga and chair-yoga classes, reminiscence and intergenerational programs, birthday celebrations, fitness classes, live music, social outings, and seasonal access to a swimming pool.
