Clinical resources are supported by an RN or LPN on site, a 24-hour nurse on call, and an awake night shift that is notified through door alarms and personal emergency response systems. Background-checked caregivers coordinate with an activity director and on-site providers offering memory care, incontinence care, ambulatory assistance, dentistry, hospice, medication management, nursing, occupational and physical therapy, and podiatry. Personal care can include full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Mobility options range from simple standby help to one- or two-person transfers, Hoyer lift support, and complete bed-bound care.
Apartments are designed to let residents choose the amount of independence and customization they want. Some units feature a kitchenette, individual climate controls, cable hookups, and the option to paint or decorate; however, these features are not included in every accommodation, so prospective residents should confirm availability. Independent Living residents can arrange weekly housekeeping and may select a monthly meal plan that fits their lifestyle.
Daily dining follows a set menu with attention to medical and cultural diet orders, and snacks are available between meals. Assisted Living residents receive three meals, while those in Independent Living can add meals as needed through the flexible plan.
