Shorepointe Nursing Center in Saint Clair Shores provides licensed nursing-home care with 24-hour registered-nurse coverage for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term residency. The clinical team manages complex medical needs such as post-surgical recovery, IV therapies, wound care, tracheostomy care, medication administration and continual monitoring of vital signs. Physicians round regularly, orders are updated in real time through electronic health records and onsite lab and diagnostic services limit the need for outside appointments.

Ancillary clinical services supplement the nursing program. Physical, occupational and speech therapists deliver treatments seven days a week, and a respiratory therapist is available for residents with pulmonary conditions.
