Staff are also prepared to help individuals who present with mild dementia, providing supervision that balances safety with autonomy.

Registered and licensed nurses are on site, backed by a 24-hour nurse on call, and every team member undergoes background checks. Personal Emergency Response Systems alert staff at any hour, doorways are alarmed, and security personnel remain on duty around the clock. Podiatry and dental providers visit regularly, and a dedicated therapy room is available for rehabilitation. Full assistance can be provided for bathing, dressing, eating and toileting. Mobility-related help ranges from standby supervision to one- or two-person transfers and full Hoyer-lift support, accommodating residents who use walkers or wheelchairs.

Accommodation choices may include a private bathroom, kitchenette, independent temperature controls, in-unit laundry, cable service and the option to paint or decorate the room; not every apartment contains every feature, so it is best to confirm availability during a tour. Standard housekeeping is provided, and Independent Living residents can enroll in medication-management monitoring, weekly housekeeping and laundry services.

Meals are served from a set menu in the community dining room, with snacks available throughout the day and vegetarian selections offered at each sitting. A monthly meal plan is included for Independent Living residents, and a private dining room can be reserved for family gatherings.
