New Hudson Manor provides three levels of long-term support—Assisted Living, Residential Care Home services, and a dedicated Memory Care program. The community is equipped to work with residents who wander during the day or night and is prepared to serve individuals with advanced dementia as well as adults under 60 who need assistance.
Medical oversight is structured and frequent. Background-checked staff are on site around the clock, doors are alarmed, and wander-guard technology is in place. Monthly physician visits, on-site podiatry, and integrated pharmacy services help manage chronic conditions and medications. Full-assist support is available for bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and transfer help ranges from standby assistance to one-person lifts for walkers or wheelchairs. Oxygen management, special diet supervision, and continuous monitoring for residents who wander are part of the regular care routine.
Rooms come furnished, and residents may personalize spaces with their own paint colors or décor, although not every unit offers every option. Cable service, housekeeping, and scheduled laundry are provided in accommodations that use shared bathrooms for all residents.
Dining includes a set menu at regular mealtimes, the option to order alternatives, and access to snacks throughout the day. The kitchen can prepare gluten-free, vegetarian, mechanical-chop, puréed, and thickened-liquid meals, and staff manage physician-ordered diet modifications.
Common areas are wheelchair accessible and include internet access, a barber and beauty shop, and maintained communal gardens. Pet visits are welcomed, and it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
