Staff members are trained to work with advanced dementia and other cognitive conditions, so residents whose needs increase over time can continue to receive care in place.
Round-the-clock oversight comes from an on-site RN or LPN, supported by an awake night shift that responds to pull-cord or PERS alerts. Background-checked caregivers coordinate with visiting podiatrists and can also accommodate psychiatric diagnoses. The campus is enclosed by front and rear fencing; exit doors are alarmed to deter unsupervised leaving.
