The team also supports people who use oxygen, adults under 60 who need an assisted-living setting, and diabetics who manage their condition with oral medication.

Medical oversight is reinforced by an RN or LPN on staff and a nurse on call around the clock. Care aides remain awake overnight, and each apartment is linked to a pull-cord alert system. The building is secured with on-site staff 24/7, door alarms, and a fenced rear area. On-site podiatry visits are available, and caregivers provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Transfers are handled for residents who use a walker or wheelchair, need stand-by help, or require a one-person lift. An activity director coordinates daily programs designed to keep residents engaged and safe.

Apartments may include a private bathroom, kitchenette, furnishings, individual climate controls, cable service, and the option to paint or decorate; features vary by unit. Scheduled housekeeping and laundry are standard for assisted living and memory care, while residents in Independent Living can elect light housekeeping and laundry services as needed.
