The Residence at Orchard Grove offers three distinct levels of care under one roof. Assisted Living residents receive support with daily routines while maintaining as much independence as possible. Independent Living is available for those who are largely self-sufficient but want the reassurance of services close at hand. A dedicated Memory Care program is designed to serve people living with all stages of dementia, including advanced conditions, using structured routines and specialized staffing to promote safety and familiarity.

Around-the-clock oversight is provided by licensed nurses on site as well as a 24-hour nurse on call. All employees undergo background checks, and night staffing is awake rather than on sleep duty. Safety measures include secured doors with alarms, a fenced rear area, pull-cord alerts in residences, and a personal emergency response system that can either notify staff or call 911 directly. On-site medical services extend to visiting podiatry, and the community is equipped to support residents with psychiatric needs. Full assistance is available for bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and the team can accommodate walkers, wheelchairs, standby supervision, or one-person transfers.

Apartments are offered in several layouts; some include private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, and cable service, and residents may paint or decorate with approval. Since configurations differ, not every unit contains every feature. Community spaces are fully wheelchair accessible, allowing residents to move easily between their apartments and common areas.

Dining features both a set menu and an on-order option at each meal, with snacks available throughout the day and diet modifications supported by the culinary staff. Independent Living residents can opt into medication-management monitoring, weekly housekeeping, personal laundry service, and a monthly meal plan that covers a specified number of meals in the dining room.

Residents can drive and use the on-site parking lot or schedule community transportation for errands and medical appointments. Other amenities include outdoor smoking areas, pet-friendly policies, a barber/beauty shop, exercise room, movie room, wellness center, internet access, communal gardens, and on-site religious services.
