Options may include a private bathroom, kitchenette, in-unit laundry, cable service, or the ability to paint and decorate to personal taste. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry services are part of the standard package for higher care levels.

Meals are prepared from a set menu with snacks available throughout the day. Residents may dine in the main restaurant, request in-room service, or reserve a private dining room for family visits. Independent Living residents can select a monthly meal plan, and the village also offers medication-management monitoring, weekly housekeeping, and laundry services specifically for this lifestyle tier.

Amenities are designed to keep residents engaged on campus. The property features resident parking, wheelchair-accessible pathways, an exercise room, pool, wellness center, movie room, and barber-beauty shop.
