Clinical resources on campus include regular physical therapy, a mental wellness program, diabetes management, respite and short-term stay options, and staff trained specifically in evidence-based memory care techniques. The Memory Care neighborhood is designed for residents with moderate dementia, and care plans are adjusted to reflect cognitive and physical changes over time.
Additional medical oversight is available up to 16 hours a day from licensed nursing staff who remain awake during the night shift. A nurse practitioner, podiatrist, dentist, and wound-care specialists make onsite visits. The wellness center coordinates occupational therapy, ambulatory support, medication management, and incontinence care. Team members can assist with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting for residents who need some physical help, and hospice services are available when required.
Private and companion suites range from studio to efficiency layouts. Select residences include kitchenettes, private patios, balconies, or in-unit washers and dryers, while every apartment is air-conditioned and wired for cable TV and Wi-Fi. Apartments are handicap accessible, and common areas such as the library, computer lounge, and indoor sitting rooms provide temperature-controlled comfort. Outdoor walking paths, gardens, and a deck offer additional space, but not every accommodation contains every listed feature.
Meals are served restaurant-style with attention to therapeutic diets, and families can reserve the private dining room for special occasions. Snacks and beverages are available throughout the day, and staff monitor nutritional intake for residents with diabetes or other medical restrictions.
Residents benefit from an emergency alert system, on-site concierge, arts and crafts studio, piano lounge, game room, and fireside living room. Walking paths and communal gardens encourage daily movement, while a full-service barber and beauty shop is available by appointment. Resident parking is provided, pets are allowed, and it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
