Transfer help ranges from standby or one-person support to two-person or Hoyer-lift moves, accommodating walkers, wheelchairs, and bed-bound residents. Continuous staffing and security are in place 24/7.

Private and semi-private accommodations can come furnished and may include cable service. Regular housekeeping and scheduled laundry are provided, though not every unit contains every feature, so families should confirm room specifics during a tour.

Meals follow a set menu, with snacks available throughout the day. Pureed, mechanical-chopped, thickened-liquid, vegetarian, and other physician-ordered diets can be prepared. A private dining room is available for family visits or special occasions, and staff manage diet modifications as ordered.

Residents have access to on-site parking, outside smoking areas, wheelchair-accessible common spaces, internet service, communal gardens, and an on-site area for religious observance. A stair glide helps those who need assistance between levels, and the property is located near public transportation for convenient travel.
