Clinical staff also manage wound care, oxygen therapy, special diets, and diabetic care for residents who take oral medications.

Registered and licensed nurses are on-site around the clock, and every employee has completed background checks. An awake night shift, activity director, and door-alarmed community provide additional layers of oversight. Podiatry and dental services are available in-house, and the community accepts residents with psychiatric diagnoses. Personal care includes full assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting. Mobility needs are met through support for walkers, wheelchairs, standby or supervised transfers, and one-person transfers.

Apartments offer a private bathroom and come furnished, with housekeeping and scheduled laundry services provided; however, not every residence includes each amenity, so prospective residents should verify specific features during a tour. Layouts are designed to reduce confusion for memory-care residents and provide easy access to common areas.

Meals follow a set menu with options for in-room dining and a private dining room for family visits. Snacks are available throughout the day, and the culinary team can accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, mechanical-chopped, puréed, and thickened-liquid diets.
