St Joseph’s Rehabilitation and Residence offers both Residential Care Home living and a dedicated Memory Care program. Individuals receive support that ranges from day-to-day assistance to structured cognitive care, with licensed staff overseeing medication routines and safety monitoring. Short-stay respite is available for family caregivers who need a break, and residents have on-site access to physical therapy services that are coordinated with individualized care plans.
Additional medical resources are delivered on campus to limit outside appointments. The community provides skilled nursing, hospice coordination, speech therapy, and occupational therapy, all supported by an in-house team of nurses. Assisted living services are available for residents who need help with activities of daily living but do not require full nursing care. Memory Care services include behavioral oversight and resident or family counseling to help navigate the progression of dementia-related conditions.
Accommodations include a selection of private and shared rooms, some featuring in-unit washers and dryers, while others rely on centralized laundry service. Residents have access to outdoor seating areas and an on-site garden, and routine housekeeping is provided. Because floor plans vary, not all living spaces include every feature listed.
Meals are prepared on-site and served three times daily, with healthy snacks offered between meal times. Menu planning accounts for dietary restrictions and texture-modified diets when required, ensuring residents in every level of care receive appropriate nutrition.
Daily life is rounded out with structured and optional activities. The community hosts clubs and group gatherings, maintains an activity center, and offers a library and computer lounge for reading or internet use. Scheduled social outings, bingo games, live entertainment, TV and movie nights, and arts and crafts sessions provide residents with a range of social and recreational opportunities.
