The Arbors & Terrace of Ruston offers three distinct levels of residency—Independent Living for those who need minimal help, Assisted Living for individuals who benefit from routine support, and a dedicated Memory Care program expressly designed for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias. Each level is structured so residents can transition smoothly as their needs change, reducing the likelihood of a disruptive move to another community.

Beyond daily living support, the community provides a range of on-site medical and therapeutic services. Diabetes management, medication supervision, occupational and physical therapy, speech therapy, and ambulatory care are all available. A licensed nurse is on staff, and hospice care can be arranged when required. Short-term respite stays give family caregivers a reliable option for temporary relief, while incontinence care and specialized memory-loss programming address more complex requirements. The campus operates as a secured community to help protect residents who may wander, and clinical oversight is embedded into day-to-day routines.

Residences come in multiple floor plans, each equipped with basic safety features; some units add wheelchair-accessible showers, high-speed internet, cable or satellite TV, and individually controlled air conditioning. Select layouts incorporate handicap-friendly design elements such as wider doorways, while common areas feature a central fireplace, a piano, outdoor seating spaces, and a butterfly garden.
