Around-the-clock clinical oversight is provided by onsite RNs and LPNs, and a nurse is present 24 hours a day. Background-checked staff remain awake on night shifts, answer pull-cord and PERS alerts, and monitor alarmed doors and a fenced courtyard to reduce exit-seeking. An activity director coordinates therapeutic programming, while outside clinicians visit for podiatry, audiology, dental services, and psychiatric care in a dedicated therapy room.
