The Memory Care neighborhood is secured and staffed by caregivers who receive ongoing training in dementia support; residents benefit from tailored routines, behavior management techniques, and oversight designed to reduce confusion and promote safety.

Health-related services extend beyond basic supervision. Licensed nurses are on duty around the clock, and each resident receives an individualized care plan that is reviewed regularly with input from physicians, nurses, and families. Rehabilitation therapies—physical, occupational, and speech—can be arranged on site, and transportation is available for outside specialist appointments. An emergency call system links residents directly to staff, and electronic medication administration records help reduce dosing errors.
