Park West Plaza offers three levels of residential care—Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care—allowing residents to move between settings as needs change without leaving the community. Each program includes individualized service plans, 24-hour staff availability, and access to nurse oversight, so residents receive an appropriate balance of independence and support.
Additional clinical resources are in place for short-term respite stays, diabetes management, and on-site speech therapy. The community is equipped with an emergency call system and a full sprinkler system. Residents may receive occupational and physical therapy, incontinence and ambulatory care, podiatry, optometry, hearing services, and hospice support without leaving the building. Licensed nurses handle medication management and coordinate care with outside physicians when needed.
Apartments come in several layouts, and while features vary by unit, options may include kitchenettes, fully furnished packages, bath tubs, wheelchair-accessible showers, central air conditioning, cable or satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and in-unit washer and dryer. Some residences are handicap-accessible and utilities are included. Cats are permitted in designated units, and housekeeping is provided. Outdoor areas and walking paths are available for residents who prefer fresh air.
Dining is structured yet flexible. Three daily meals are prepared on site with a choice of restaurant-style service, a café-bistro option, or room service. An all-day dining menu accommodates varied schedules, and no-sugar selections are offered for residents who monitor glucose levels. Healthy snacks are stocked throughout the day, and seasonal BBQs or picnics are scheduled when weather allows.
Residents have access to an activity center, library and computer lounge, swimming pool, indoor walking paths, and organized clubs and communities. Programming includes arts and crafts, live dance or theater performances, TV and movie nights, holiday parties, intergenerational events, and light therapy sessions. Regular day trips, social outings, walking club meet-ups, and broader health and wellness programs support physical and social engagement.
