Around-the-clock clinical oversight is provided by registered and licensed practical nurses who are on site 24 hours a day, with additional nursing support available by phone at all times. All employees complete background checks, night staff remain awake, and the building is secured with fenced outdoor areas and alarmed doors. On-site medical services include regular podiatry and dental visits, reducing the need for outside appointments. Caregivers deliver full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating and toileting, and they are trained in a range of transfer techniques from standby support to two-person lifts.
