Residents may arrange visits with a massage therapist, dentist, podiatrist, occupational therapist, or physical therapist without traveling off-site. Hospice care is coordinated for those requiring end-of-life support, and a licensed nurse oversees medication management to help residents stay on track with prescriptions and monitor changes in health status.

Apartments include practical features such as cable service, regular housekeeping, and scheduled laundry services that eliminate many day-to-day chores. Not every residence has every feature, so families are encouraged to confirm which services are included with the specific floor plan they select.

Dining is handled by a professional chef who prepares three daily meals plus snacks, all served in a restaurant-style setting. The kitchen can accommodate a wide range of dietary requests, including organic, gluten-free, low or no sodium, no added sugar, vegan, and international cuisine, and visitors can purchase guest meals. An all-day dining option provides flexibility for residents who prefer to eat outside standard meal times.

The campus supports daily living with resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, an exercise room, a barber and beauty shop, internet access throughout the property, communal gardens, a library, and scheduled transportation for errands and medical appointments.
