SunnyBrook of Fairfield delivers two core levels of support: Assisted Living and Memory Care. Assisted Living residents receive help with medications and day-to-day tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, while the Memory Care program provides a secure setting with staff trained to manage dementia-related behaviors and cognitive changes. The community also offers Respite care, giving short-term guests the same clinical oversight and services as permanent residents.

Safety and responsiveness are reinforced by an emergency call system installed throughout the building, allowing staff to act quickly if a resident needs assistance. On-site services include regular wellness checks, medication administration, and coordination of outside medical appointments. Laundry and dry-cleaning are handled in-house, and caregivers trained in both Assisted Living and Memory Care protocols are available around the clock.

Living spaces range from studio to efficiency apartments, most featuring wall-to-wall carpeting, central air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Basic utilities are included, and select units add cable television or direct access to outdoor areas, though not every apartment offers every feature. Housekeeping is provided, pets are accepted in designated residences, and residents can enjoy landscaped outdoor gardens and other common green spaces.

The dining program provides three meals each day prepared with attention to nutrition and consistency, with accommodations for specialized diets when ordered by a physician.
