Risen Son Christian Village in Council Bluffs delivers three levels of residential care—Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care—so residents can remain on one campus even if needs change. Medical support includes a structured Mental Wellness Program, routine and short-term respite stays, diabetes monitoring, and on-site physician oversight. Physical, occupational, and speech therapists provide scheduled therapy sessions, and meal preparation is handled by staff for those who require it. The Memory Care neighborhood is designed for residents living with dementia, including advanced conditions, and is supported by caregivers trained in behavior management and cognitive support techniques.

Additional clinical resources are available around the clock. Registered nurses and licensed practical nurses are on staff, background-checked caregivers work awake overnight, and all exit doors are alarmed with fenced outdoor areas to reduce wandering risk. On-site services span hospice, cardiac and stroke care, pain management, oxygen and ostomy care, pharmacy coordination, laboratory and X-ray arrangements, plus podiatry, optometry, and dental visits. Residents can receive pet therapy, counseling for themselves and families, and wellness checks in the dedicated wellness center. Staff assist with bathing, dressing, and toileting when some physical help is needed and will supervise walkers or perform a one-person transfer when required.

Apartments are offered in several layouts; some include private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, and cable outlets, while others may come with only a subset of these features. Residents may personalize their space with paint and décor if they wish. Housekeeping is provided for all Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments, and Independent Living residents may opt for weekly housekeeping services. Dining operates on a set menu with snacks available throughout the day, and meals can be taken in the main dining room, a private family room, or delivered to the apartment for in-room service.

The community includes resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, an on-site barber and beauty shop, a fitness room, a movie room, high-speed internet access, landscaped communal gardens, and a library. Religious services are held on campus, and scheduled transportation is available for medical appointments, shopping, and local outings.
