Apartments at Harrison Crossing include options with private bathrooms, kitchenettes, furnished layouts, independent temperature controls, cable service, and the ability to paint or decorate; however, specific features vary by unit. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry are provided so residents can focus on daily routines rather than chores.

Meals can be ordered from a menu, taken in-room, or enjoyed in a private dining space with family. The culinary team can accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, mechanical-chop, puréed, and thickened-liquid diets, and staff monitor individual nutritional plans to align with medical needs.

Residents have access to wheelchair-friendly common areas, a barber and beauty shop, exercise room, wellness center, internet, communal gardens, on-site religious services, a library, and scheduled transportation for errands and appointments.
