Morrison Woods Health Campus delivers three levels of residential support—Assisted Living, Independent Living, and a secure Memory Care neighborhood—with medical services designed to address a wide range of conditions. The clinical team can respond to residents who wander during the day or night, present elopement risks, exhibit combative or other behavioral issues, or stay awake overnight. Licensed nurses manage wound care, oxygen therapy, and specialized dietary plans. Diabetic residents can be monitored and treated whether they use oral medication, injections, or sliding-scale insulin. For individuals living with progressing or advanced dementia, the community maintains structured programming and safety measures so that cognitive changes do not interrupt appropriate medical attention.
Around-the-clock nursing coverage is in place, and all direct-care employees undergo background checks. An RN or LPN is on duty at all times, supported by awake night staff, an activity director, door alarms, security personnel, pull-cord alerts, and optional personal emergency response systems. On-site medical providers include podiatry and audiology practitioners, and a dedicated therapy room makes rehabilitation services readily accessible. Residents may receive full-assistance bathing, dressing, or toileting, while those able to manage self-care still benefit from supervision as needed. Transfer help ranges from standby and walker support to wheelchair or one-person transfers.
Housing options vary from studio-style suites to larger apartments. Depending on the unit selected, features can include a private bathroom, kitchenette, independent temperature controls, cable service, in-unit laundry, and the ability to paint or decorate the space. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry services are provided for residents whose apartments do not have their own washer and dryer. Routine safety checks and maintenance are standard across all accommodation types.
Meals are served three times daily, with a set menu and on-order alternatives. Snacks are available throughout the day, and residents may request in-room dining or reserve the private dining room for family occasions. Independent Living residents can opt into a monthly meal plan but are welcome to cook in their kitchenettes. Medication-management monitoring, weekly housekeeping, and laundry service packages are also offered to Independent Living tenants, allowing them to scale support up or down over time.
Community amenities cover practical and recreational needs. There is resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, exercise and movie rooms, a wellness center, internet access, communal gardens, on-site religious services, concierge support, special-interest clubs, a putting green, and scheduled transportation for errands or medical appointments. Pets are allowed, but it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
