Creasy Springs Health Campus offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care in one setting, letting residents move between levels without leaving familiar surroundings. The health team accepts residents who wander at any time of day, present elopement risk, display combative or other behavioral concerns, stay awake through the night, or need oxygen and complex wound care. Diabetic management is available whether the resident uses oral medication, injections, or a sliding-scale regimen. The Memory Care neighborhood is structured for all stages of dementia, including advanced conditions, with staff trained to cue, redirect, and maintain safety.
Registered and licensed nurses are on site around the clock, supported by certified aides on an awake night shift. All employees undergo background checks. The building is secured with door alarms, a fenced rear area, pull-cord call systems, and personal emergency response devices that alert staff. Residents can see a visiting podiatrist, arrange psychiatric consultations, and use an in-house therapy room without leaving the property. Full assistance is available for bathing, dressing, and toileting, while most residents handle eating on their own. Mobility support ranges from standby help to one-person transfers for walkers or wheelchairs.
Residences include studio and one-bedroom floor plans; some have private bathrooms, kitchenettes, in-unit laundry, or independent climate controls, but not every unit contains every feature. Residents may supply their own décor and color schemes, and basic cable, housekeeping, and scheduled laundry services are provided. Meals can follow a set menu or be ordered from an anytime menu, and snacks remain available throughout the day. In-room trays and a private dining room accommodate illness or family events. Therapeutic diets—gluten-free, vegetarian, mechanical soft, puree, or thickened liquids—are prepared by the culinary team. Independent Living tenants receive weekly housekeeping and a monthly meal plan as part of their package.
Community conveniences include resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty salon, exercise room, internet access, landscaped gardens, and on-site religious services. A concierge schedules transportation, helps residents join the library and special-interest clubs, and arranges local outings. Pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
