Orchard Pointe Health Campus provides assisted-living services designed for older adults who need help with daily tasks yet want to maintain as much independence as possible. Residents receive routine support with bathing, dressing, mobility and medication reminders, and care plans are adjusted as needs change. The community’s nursing team coordinates with outside medical providers to keep services consistent with physician orders, helping residents manage chronic conditions without leaving the campus.
Additional care features include short-term respite stays for people recovering from surgery or for caregivers who need a break, a structured diabetes management program overseen by nursing staff and an on-site doctor who conducts regular visits. A licensed speech therapist is available to address communication or swallowing concerns, and the entire campus operates as a secured community to reduce the risk of wandering and promote safety around the clock.
Apartments and suites vary in size and layout, but many include wheelchair-accessible bathrooms, individual climate control, cable or satellite television connections, Wi-Fi access and kitchenettes for light meal preparation. Select common areas feature a central fireplace, and outdoor spaces provide seating, walking paths and parking for personal vehicles. Pet-friendly policies allow residents to bring a companion animal, although not every accommodation includes all listed features.
Dining services cover three chef-prepared meals each day with the option of all-day dining for flexible schedules. Menus rotate between American favorites and international dishes, and special diets such as vegetarian, organic, gluten-free, low or no sodium and no-added-sugar are routinely accommodated. Restaurant-style table service is standard, and family members can purchase guest meals to share in the dining room.
Residents can participate in social outings to local attractions, join hobby clubs, work out in instructor-led fitness programs or read in the library and computer lounge. On campus they’ll also find a jacuzzi, raised garden beds, karaoke sessions, happy hours, yoga and chair-yoga classes, as well as reminiscence and sensory-based programs for cognitive engagement. Intergenerational events, birthday parties, dances, live-music performances and a dedicated activity center keep the calendar full, and a swimming pool offers space for low-impact exercise year-round.
