Crownpointe of Indianapolis is an assisted-living community that concentrates on routine daily support and clinically focused care. The staff is prepared to manage residents who use oral diabetic medication, insulin injections, or need sliding-scale insulin oversight. A therapy room is located on site for physical, occupational, or speech therapy as ordered by outside providers. Personal care assistance includes full help with bathing, dressing, and toileting, while residents who can feed themselves continue to do so independently. Continuous security staffing helps ensure that residents who may be frail or medically complex remain safe in common areas and on the grounds.

Apartments can include a private bathroom, a kitchenette, independent temperature controls, and cable access, and residents may paint or decorate their rooms if they wish. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry services are provided. Meals are served three times a day with both set menus and made-to-order options. Snacks are available between meals, and residents who prefer privacy can request in-room dining. A private dining room may be reserved for family visits or small celebrations.
