In both care settings, nursing oversight ensures medication reminders, vitals checks, and prompt response to emergencies by staff trained in dementia support and age-related health issues.

The community supplements its clinical support with practical daily-living assistance. Team members who have passed background checks can help with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting when a resident’s own abilities decline, while still encouraging as much self-care as possible. An on-site activity director plans cognitive, social, and physical programs that align with each resident’s care plan, giving particular attention to those with memory loss. Electronic entry systems and regular wellness rounds add another layer of security.

Residences range from studio to two-bedroom layouts, and not every unit includes every feature, but options may include a private bathroom, kitchenette, individual climate controls, and in-unit laundry.
