Randall Residences at Gateway Park offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. The community is equipped to help residents who wander in the morning or evening, those at risk for elopement, individuals who become combative or display other behavioral issues, and people who stay up all night. Clinical support extends to wound care, oxygen management, special diets, residents under 60, and diabetes care—whether the resident uses oral medications, injections, or a sliding scale. The Memory Care program is structured to work with advanced dementia conditions as they progress.
An RN or LPN is on staff and a licensed nurse is on‐site 24 hours a day. Team members undergo background checks, and an awake night shift maintains supervision. Safety measures include a fenced rear area, door alarms, wander-guard technology, pull cords, and personal emergency response systems that alert staff. The Activity Director schedules daily engagement, while on-site podiatry services, a therapy room, and acceptance of psychiatric issues round out clinical resources. Staff can provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting; residents who can manage eating independently are supported. Transfers are handled using walkers, wheelchairs, standby supervision, or a one-person assist, as needed.
Residences vary, but may include a private bathroom, kitchenette, independent temperature controls, cable service, and the option to paint or decorate the space. Some units feature in-suite laundry, while others rely on scheduled community laundry services. Housekeeping is provided, and Independent Living residents receive housekeeping, laundry, and a monthly meal plan tailored to their needs.
Meals are served from a set menu with the option to order alternates, and snacks are available throughout the day. Residents may dine in their rooms or in a private dining area for family gatherings. The kitchen can manage gluten-free, vegetarian, mechanical-chopped, puréed, thickened-liquid, and other physician-ordered diets, supporting the special nutritional requirements of diabetic, cardiac, or other medically indicated meal plans.
Amenities include resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, and scheduled transportation with easy access to public transit. Pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed. Additional features are a barber/beauty shop, exercise room, movie room, wellness center, internet access, communal gardens, on-site religious services, concierge, library, special-interest clubs, pickleball courts, and a dedicated space for events and social gatherings.
