Mild dementia is supported through monitoring systems and care plans that keep residents engaged while maintaining safety.

Registered and licensed nurses are on site 24 hours a day, backed by additional nursing support on call around the clock. All employees undergo background checks, and an awake night shift monitors residents. Safety measures include a fenced perimeter, alarmed doors, WanderGuard technology, and a personal emergency response system that alerts staff. A podiatrist visits the campus for routine foot care. Staff can lend some physical assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting, while residents generally manage eating on their own. Mobility help ranges from standby supervision to one-person transfers, and walkers or wheelchairs are accommodated.
