The Villas of Holly Brook in Mt. Carmel delivers both Assisted Living and Memory Care, allowing residents to remain on the same campus as needs change. The community accepts individuals who wander during the day or night, may attempt elopement, display combative or other behavioral issues, stay up throughout the night, are under 60 years of age, or manage diabetes by oral medication, injections, or sliding-scale insulin. Staff members are trained to work with advanced dementia and other cognitive conditions, and a dedicated therapy room is available for on-site rehabilitation services, limiting the need for outside appointments.

Nursing coverage is continuous, with a licensed nurse on-site 24 hours a day and additional nursing support on call. Every staff member undergoes background checks, and the building maintains round-the-clock security personnel. Emergency pull cords and optional personal emergency response systems are in place to summon help quickly. Caregivers can assist with bathing, dressing, and toileting when some physical help is required, while residents who are able to eat independently are encouraged to do so to maintain autonomy.

Apartments vary, but some offer private bathrooms and kitchenettes, while others provide standard room layouts without all features. All residences receive regular housekeeping and scheduled laundry service. Prospective residents should confirm which unit types are available at the time of inquiry.

Meals are served three times daily, with both set menus and made-to-order options. A salad bar supplements main courses, and snacks are stocked throughout the day. Residents may choose in-room dining, reserve the private dining room for guests, or join neighbors in the common dining space.

Amenities include a barber and beauty shop, exercise room, movie room, wellness center, communal gardens, on-site religious services, the Four Seasons Café, a spa, and scheduled transportation for errands or medical visits.
