Hearthstone Health Campus provides both Assisted Living and Memory Care, allowing residents to move seamlessly between service levels as needs change. The community is equipped to manage complex conditions such as wandering at any time of day, elopement risk, combative or behavioral concerns, nighttime wakefulness, advanced dementia, wound care, oxygen therapy and diabetes management—whether residents use oral medication, injections or a sliding-scale regimen. Individuals under 60 who require support are also accepted, and the nursing team is trained to recognize changes early to help avoid hospital visits.
Around-the-clock clinical oversight is delivered by licensed nurses who remain on site 24 hours a day, backed by a full roster of caregivers who stay awake through the night. All employees undergo background checks, and the building is protected by door alarms, a fenced rear area and pull-cord alert systems. On-site medical providers visit for podiatry, audiology, dental services, optometry and psychiatric care, and a dedicated therapy room supports rehabilitation programs. Assistance is available for bathing, dressing and toileting when full support is needed, while meals can be taken with minimal help. Mobility aids ranging from stand-by supervision to one-person transfers, walkers and wheelchairs are accommodated to keep residents safely moving about the campus.
Living spaces are designed for convenience and privacy. Apartments are offered in several layouts, some featuring kitchenettes, private bathrooms and individual temperature controls. Residents are welcome to bring décor or paint to personalize their suites, and cable service, housekeeping and scheduled laundry are provided. Because not every unit includes each feature, families can review floor plans during a tour to find the right fit.
Dining is structured yet flexible. The culinary team prepares a daily set menu while also accepting made-to-order requests and supplying snacks throughout the day. In-room meal delivery and a private dining room for family gatherings are available. Therapeutic diets—including gluten-free, vegetarian, mechanical-chop, puréed or thickened-liquid options—are overseen by staff to ensure nutritional needs and physician orders are met.
Residents have access to on-site parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, exercise room, wellness center, internet connectivity, landscaped gardens, religious services, concierge assistance, a library, special-interest clubs, scheduled happy hours and community transportation. Pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
