Swiss Village offers three levels of residential support—Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care—allowing residents to move to the setting that best matches their daily needs while remaining on the same campus. Independent Living residents manage their day-to-day routines with minimal assistance, Assisted Living residents receive help with personal care and medication management, and the specialized Memory Care program provides a structured environment for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Short-term Respite stays are available across these care levels, giving family caregivers a temporary break or helping individuals recover after illness or surgery.
To reinforce safety and clinical oversight, every residence is connected to an emergency call system monitored around the clock. Licensed nurses are on site, and the community offers coordinated access to continuing care services, so residents do not need to relocate if their health changes. Additional on-site resources include professional laundry and dry-cleaning, resident and family counseling, and regular wellness assessments that guide individualized care plans.
Apartments and suites come in several floor plans, and while features vary, many include Wi-Fi access, cable TV hookups, and housekeeping services. Outdoors, landscaped courtyards and walking paths provide space for fresh air and low-impact exercise. Certain units overlook these green areas, but availability differs, so prospective residents should confirm specific features during a tour.
Dining is included in the monthly fee, with three daily meals prepared by the culinary staff and served in a communal dining room. Menus are developed to meet standard nutritional guidelines and can be adapted for physician-ordered diets or personal preferences. Independent Living residents may opt to prepare some meals on their own, but the full meal plan remains available if needs change.
Residents can take part in an activity calendar that features an on-site activity center, clubs and interest groups, organized health and wellness programs, arts and crafts sessions, and access to a library and computer lounge for reading or staying connected online.
