Clark-Lindsey Village offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care, giving residents access to an appropriate level of support as their needs change. The community accepts residents with advanced dementia conditions and provides clinical oversight for wound management, oxygen therapy, physician-ordered special diets, and diabetes care—both for individuals on oral medications and for those who require insulin injections.
Care delivery is reinforced by licensed nurses on site, an RN or LPN available around the clock, and an awake night team. All employees undergo background checks, and the campus uses door alarms and in-unit pull cords to alert staff. A full-time Activity Director coordinates daily programs, while 24-hour security staff help maintain safety. On-site podiatry and a dedicated therapy room reduce the need for outside appointments. Direct care staff can supply full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and they are trained to manage every level of mobility support—from standby supervision with a walker to two-person or Hoyer lift transfers for residents who are bed-bound.
Residential options range from traditional assisted-living suites to larger independent apartments. Depending on the unit selected, a resident may have a private bathroom, a kitchenette, individual climate controls, and the option to paint or otherwise personalize the space. Cable service, routine housekeeping, and either in-unit laundry machines or scheduled laundry pick-up are provided; however, not every accommodation includes every feature, so it is best to confirm availability during a tour.
Meals are prepared daily and served restaurant-style, but residents can also order items off an alternative menu or have trays delivered to their rooms. Snacks are stocked throughout the day, and a private dining room can be reserved for family gatherings. The culinary team works with clinical staff to honor diet prescriptions, including mechanical-chopped, puréed, or thickened-liquid textures and other specialized modifications.
The campus supplies resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty salon, exercise and wellness rooms, a movie theater, an indoor pool, communal gardens, a library, internet access, special-interest clubs, on-site religious services, and concierge assistance. Scheduled transportation helps residents reach off-site appointments and local events. Pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
