Keystone Place at Richland Creek offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care, enabling residents to remain in one community even as needs change. The community is equipped to serve residents who wander or attempt elopement, who stay up at night, who require wound management, oxygen, special diets, or diabetes care—whether by oral medication, injections, or sliding scale. Staff members are trained to support advanced dementia, and the campus accepts adults under 60 when clinically appropriate.
Around-the-clock clinical oversight is built into daily life. A registered nurse or licensed practical nurse is on staff, and a nurse is on call 24 hours a day. Caregivers remain awake through the night, with security personnel also on site at all times. Each residence is connected to staff through a pull-cord alert system and personal emergency response pendants. Podiatry visits and a therapy room are available on the premises, helping residents manage chronic conditions without leaving the building. Assistance is offered for bathing and eating when residents prefer to do these tasks themselves; dressing and toileting support is delivered with some hands-on help. Transfers are accommodated for walkers, wheelchairs, standby, supervision, or one-person physical support.
Residences are designed for varying preferences and budgets. Floor plans may feature private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, cable access, and in-unit laundry, but not every apartment contains every option. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry services are included for those who need them, keeping daily chores to a minimum.
Dining is flexible. Residents can order meals as needed, request snacks at any time, and arrange for trays to be delivered to their apartments when they prefer privacy. A private dining room is set aside for family gatherings. Therapeutic diets—including low-sodium, diabetic, and other doctor-ordered modifications—are followed. Independent Living residents receive weekly housekeeping, laundry service, and a monthly meal plan that lets them decide how many community meals fit their routine.
Amenities extend beyond clinical and household support. The campus offers resident parking, an exercise room, movie theater, barber and beauty shop, internet access, on-site religious services, special-interest clubs, and proximity to public transportation. Pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
