Fox Meadows Supportive Living offers Assisted Living for residents who want daily support while maintaining as much independence as possible. Care plans can include routine monitoring and management for diabetes, ensuring glucose levels are tracked and medication schedules are followed in coordination with physicians.
Additional clinical resources are available on site. Licensed nurses are present to oversee health concerns, and an emergency call system links each resident directly to staff. Services extend to stroke care, speech therapy, incontinence management, ambulatory assistance, and regular laundry and dry-cleaning support for personal items.
Residences range from studio and efficiency layouts to larger floor plans. Select apartments include central air conditioning, individually controlled heat and air, cable television, wall-to-wall carpet, wheelchair-accessible showers, in-unit washers and dryers, a phone line, and parking. Some units overlook outdoor garden areas or feature a fireplace; however, not every accommodation includes every optional feature.
Meals are prepared on site, with three daily offerings that accommodate common dietary needs and preferences. Residents have access to healthy snacks throughout the day, and kosher options can be arranged in advance for those who require them.
For daily engagement, Fox Meadows provides an activity center where bingo, arts and crafts, and club meetings are scheduled. Residents can spend time outdoors, visit the library and computer lounge, take part in organized social outings, or use the swimming pool when weather permits.
