Three Crowns Park provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and a dedicated Memory Care program. The clinical team is prepared for residents who wander in the morning or evening, are at risk of elopement, stay up all night, or need wound care, oxygen therapy, special diets, or diabetic management—whether that involves oral medication, injections, or sliding-scale insulin. Services are also in place for residents under 60 and for people living with advanced dementia conditions, allowing the community to accept a broad range of medical needs without requiring a disruptive move elsewhere.
Registered and licensed nurses are on site 24 hours a day and backed by an on-call nurse at all times. Staff members pass background checks, an awake night shift is standard, and safety measures include door alarms, wander-guard technology, and in-room pull cords. A podiatrist visits on site, and an Activity Director coordinates structured engagement that aligns with each resident’s care plan. The team can furnish full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and is trained for every level of transfer support—from standby and walker help to two-person or Hoyer-lift transfers for bed-bound residents.
Residences vary in layout; some offer private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, cable service, and the option to paint or decorate, while others include only a selection of these features. Dining combines a daily set menu with an on-order option, snacks are always available, and the kitchen staff manage physician-ordered diet modifications. Independent Living residents can add medication-management monitoring, weekly housekeeping, laundry service, and a monthly meal plan.
Amenities include resident parking, outside smoking areas, full wheelchair accessibility, an on-site barber and beauty shop, an exercise room, a movie room, a wellness center, internet access, communal gardens, on-site religious services, scheduled transportation, and proximity to public transit.
