Residences vary in size and layout: some include private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, cable hookups, and permission to paint or decorate, while others do not have every feature. The design allows residents to choose between a more compact studio or a larger apartment, depending on lifestyle and budget.

Dining services cover a set daily menu with the option to order à la carte items, along with snacks available throughout the day. Dietary modifications can be made for medical conditions or personal preference. Independent-living residents can also opt into medication-management monitoring, weekly housekeeping, laundry service, and a monthly meal plan without losing their autonomy.
