Gaines Park Senior Living delivers two levels of long-term care: Assisted Living for residents who need help with daily tasks and a dedicated Memory Care program for those living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Both programs operate within a secure community, and the Memory Care residences are laid out specifically to reduce confusion and support safe wandering.

A full range of clinical services is available on-site. Residents have access to scheduled physician visits, diabetes management, speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and podiatry care. The team also provides incontinence management, ambulatory assistance, and hospice services when required. Short-term respite stays can be arranged, and licensed nurses are on staff to oversee day-to-day health needs and coordinate care with outside specialists such as dentists.

Private and companion suites are offered, and select layouts include features such as direct access to outdoor areas or nearby parking spots for residents who still drive. Because floor plans and features vary, families should confirm which specific amenities are included in the unit they choose.

Three daily meals are prepared and served to all residents. Menus are designed to accommodate common dietary needs and physician-ordered restrictions, and staff assist those who require help eating or need modified food textures.
