Fite Living Centre offers three primary levels of residential care. Assisted living provides daily support with routine tasks, independent living is suited for residents who need minimal help while wanting access to staff and community resources, and a dedicated memory care program serves individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Each care path is designed so residents can shift between levels if their needs change, allowing them to remain in familiar surroundings.
Beyond baseline care, the community accommodates short-term respite stays and supports residents managing diabetes. On-site medical services include specialized memory care oversight, assistance with incontinence, help for those who need ambulatory support, and coordination of hospice care when required. These services are delivered by trained personnel who monitor health status and make adjustments to care plans as conditions evolve.
Resident accommodations vary, with some suites offering parking access, outdoor sitting areas, pet-friendly policies, and wheelchair-accessible showers. Because floor plans differ, not every room includes every listed feature, so prospective residents should confirm the specifics during a visit.
Meals are prepared on site and provided for all residents, addressing routine nutrition as well as physician-directed dietary needs such as low-sugar or heart-healthy options. Staff oversee meal service to ensure residents receive appropriate portions and assistance if required.
An activity center gives residents a place to engage in scheduled programs, social events, and informal gatherings, supporting regular routines and opportunities for interaction without leaving the property.
