TerraBella Epps Bridge offers Independent Living with a clinical support platform that can accommodate residents who use oxygen, follow physician-ordered special diets, are under 60 years old, or manage diabetes with oral medications. The staff is also prepared to support individuals living with mild dementia, providing oversight without limiting the independence that defines this level of care.
All employees undergo background checks, and a dedicated Activity Director coordinates daily programs. Each apartment is equipped with a PERS device that immediately alerts staff. A therapy room is available for scheduled sessions. When residents need help with activities of daily living, the team can provide full assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting. Transfer help ranges from standby supervision to one- or two-person assistance and can accommodate walkers and wheelchairs.
Apartments are designed for flexibility. Some residences have private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, cable service, and the option to paint or decorate the space; others may offer only a portion of these features. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry services are provided, and Independent Living residents receive routine housekeeping as part of their service package.
Meals are served restaurant-style with both a set menu and on-order selections, and a private dining room is available for family events. Therapeutic diets prescribed by physicians are prepared under staff supervision. Independent Living residents can opt into a monthly meal plan that simplifies budgeting and ensures daily access to balanced nutrition.
Residents have access to on-site parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, an exercise room, barber and beauty services, a library, internet connectivity, and regularly scheduled religious services. Scheduled transportation is available for shopping, appointments, and events. Pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
