Apartments may feature a private bathroom, kitchenette, and cable connections, although not every unit includes all three. Each residence is designed for easy mobility, and staff handle regular housekeeping and laundry so residents can focus on daily activities.

Dining offers both a set menu and an on-order option at each meal, allowing residents to accommodate medical diets or personal tastes.
