The community is prepared to manage behaviors such as wandering—morning or nighttime—elopement risk, combativeness, and other behavioral concerns. Clinical capabilities include wound care, oxygen management, special diets, and full diabetic oversight whether residents use oral medications, injections, or sliding-scale insulin. Younger adults who need these services are accepted, as the community can accommodate residents under 60 years old.

To make those clinical programs effective, a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse is on the roster around the clock, with an awake night shift and additional security staff available 24 hours a day. Door alarms, WanderGuard systems, pull cords, and personal emergency response systems link residents directly to staff. On-site medical offerings cover diabetic, incontinence, and non-ambulatory care. Caregivers can provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and they handle transfers that range from supervised walker use to one- or two-person wheelchair transfers.

Residences are designed to fit individual needs, offering private or shared configurations with access to indoor common areas where residents can relax or visit with family. Not all accommodations include every feature, so prospective residents should confirm the exact layout, storage options, and bathroom arrangements during a tour.

Three nutritionally balanced meals are prepared daily, and staff can adapt menus to accommodate medical diets or personal preferences. Residents may dine in the main restaurant-style setting or choose lighter fare in other areas, giving flexibility without compromising dietary requirements.

The campus includes a barber and beauty shop, fitness center, multiple dining venues, auditorium, landscaped grounds, classrooms, covered parking, creative arts studio, game room, gardening areas, guest suites, a heated outdoor pool, mail center, massage room, private dining room, resident storage, and a yoga studio.
