The Windsor of Venice delivers two primary levels of support: Assisted Living for residents who need help with daily tasks and Memory Care for those living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Both programs are designed to adapt as needs change, so residents may transition between service levels without leaving the community.
Additional medical resources reinforce that continuum of care. Short-term respite stays are available for recovery or caregiver relief, and specialized diabetes management can be coordinated on site. A secured environment helps reduce the risks associated with wandering, while licensed nurses oversee medication management around the clock. Residents have access to in-house physical, occupational, and speech therapy, ongoing podiatry visits, and structured incontinence and ambulatory support. Suites are purpose-built to accommodate memory loss, and hospice services can be arranged when required.
Accommodations range from studio to larger companion suites. Features such as private balconies, patios, or decks, wheelchair-accessible showers, kitchenettes, and cable television vary by floor plan, so not every apartment includes every feature. Common areas include a central fireplace, a piano for resident use, and multiple outdoor spaces. Wi-Fi, individually controlled air conditioning, and optional parking are available, and the community is pet-friendly for residents who meet guidelines.
Dining follows a restaurant-style model with meals prepared by a professional chef. Residents can choose all-day dining or sit for scheduled service, and guest meals are easily arranged. The kitchen can accommodate low-sodium, no-sugar, or other physician-ordered diets, and menu rotations include international dishes to meet varied preferences.
Recreational and wellness offerings include an activity center, library and computer lounge, indoor and outdoor walking paths, raised garden beds, a swimming pool, and a Jacuzzi. Fitness programs, chair yoga, karaoke, live-music events, dances, birthday celebrations, happy hour, and social outings are scheduled regularly. Residents can join clubs, take part in reminiscence or sensory-based programs, and participate in intergenerational activities designed to support cognitive health and social connection.
