Clinical oversight covers complex medical profiles such as wound care, oxygen therapy, specialized diets, and diabetes management—whether the resident uses oral medication, insulin injections, or a sliding scale regimen. Residents younger than 60 years old are also eligible when their primary need is Memory Care.

Care delivery is reinforced by an RN or LPN on every shift, with a nurse physically on site around the clock. Staff undergo background checks, remain awake overnight, and use door alarms, fenced perimeters, and WanderGuard technology to reduce elopement risk. A dedicated activity director designs therapeutic programs throughout the day, while pull‐cord alerts connect residents to staff at any hour.
