Westminster Suncoast offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Residents who wander during the day or night, have a history of elopement, remain awake overnight, require oxygen, or live with diabetes—whether controlled by oral medication or injections—are supported. The community is also prepared for individuals with advanced dementia and can provide full assistance for bathing, dressing, eating, or toileting.

Registered nurses and licensed practical nurses are on staff, with a nurse on call around the clock. Care is backed by background-checked personnel, awake night staff, 24-hour security, fenced front and rear areas, and a personal emergency response system that alerts caregivers. A therapy room is on site for rehabilitative needs, and transfer help ranges from standby assistance to two-person transfers, including support for walkers and wheelchairs. An activity director coordinates structured programs seven days a week.

Apartments may include a private bathroom, kitchenette, independent temperature controls, cable service, housekeeping, and scheduled laundry, though not every unit has every feature. Independent Living residents receive routine housekeeping to help maintain their apartments while still enjoying a self-directed lifestyle.

Meals are prepared to order, with snacks available throughout the day, and there is a private dining room for family gatherings. The culinary team manages physician-ordered diets, texture modifications, diabetic considerations, and other special dietary requirements, ensuring residents in every level of care—including those needing Memory Care—receive appropriate nutrition.

Residents have access to on-site parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, exercise and movie rooms, a wellness center, internet access, communal gardens, and regular religious services. Additional resources include the QUAK Center for Learning, a town-center library, a large fitness center, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, outpatient therapy, a health center with a doctor’s office, and an outdoor pool. Scheduled transportation connects residents to appointments and local destinations.
